GARDEN (13) & BEACHFRONT SPA BURES (18)
DESCRIPTION: All duplex configuration with thatched roof and private screened verandah. Some bures interconnect through the verandah - on request. Beachfront Spa Bures have a double spa in the bathroom with a 'secret window' to access ocean views. Garden Bures have a shower. No television in the bures.
BEDDING GUIDE: 1 King bed or 2 Double beds, plus single beds as required.

DELUXE GARDEN BURES (4)
DESCRIPTION: Separate lounge and fully equipped kitchen plus a separate bedroom. Built from local timbers.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children under 17yrs.

FIRST LANDING VILLAS The villas are fully self contained although guests still have the full use of the resort's facilities. They offer a lounge with TV & DVD with surround sound, a dining area that can seat up to 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom with the Garden Villas also featuring 2 outdoor showers. They are just perfect for 2 couples travelling together or for families with children. The Villas have a large private pool with spa in an enclosed tropical garden with a patio area, outdoor table and sun loungers. BBQ's can be brought in if required. There are 2 types of Villas as follows:

2 BEDROOM GARDEN VILLAS (3)
DESCRIPTION: 2 bedrooms. Each on the ground floor with ensuite & indoor/outdoor bathrooms. Each villa has its own private tropical garden courtyard with a swimming pool, spa, BBQ patio and large covered verandah for exclusive use of villa guests. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and electric cooktop, all cooking and serving utensils and washer/dryer. The living and dining rooms have high ceilings with tropical timbers, furnished with lounge suite, television, DVD/CD and integrated sound system.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 adults or 2 adults & 4 children under 17yrs.

2 BEDROOM BEACH VILLA (1)
DESCRIPTION: The villa has 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom on the first floor and second bedroom on the ground floor. The villa has a private yard opening to the beach, outdoor swimming pool with spa and BBQ deck for exclusive use of villa guests. The master bedroom has an ensuite with double spa and ocean views. Second bedroom also has ensuite bathroom with outdoor shower, kitchen, dining, living rooms and laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, all cooking and serving utensils. The living room has television,
DVD/CD & integrated sound system. Laundry has washer and dryer.

All villas are serviced daily and the resort can arrange for a personal housemaid, chef or waitress for any extra duties that guests may require (at additional cost).

RENOVATIONS

UPDATED: 11 January 11
First Landing Beach Resort & Villas will be constructing a two
storey bure in 2011. This bure will be located near Garden
Villas (103 & 104) and Deluxe Garden Bures (217 & 218). The site
works are expected to start on 10 January 11 and there will be some
construction noise near these villas and bures. The work is
expected to be completed by 15 September 11. The contractor has been
restricted from any noisy work prior to 9:00am and after 5:00pm.
Every effort will be made to minimise any discomfort to our
Villa guests during this construction period.
Guests will be offered $F30 per day Food and Beverage credit
for this inconvenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellations 9-15 days prior to arrival will be charged
1 nights cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 8 days prior to arrival will be charged
100% cancellation fee.
