If you have booked with a Travel Agent, they will provide you with the following details:

a. Your Rosie Holidays Booking Number.
b. Your Rosie Holidays Booking Value

When can I register my Travel Booking online?
Once the Travel Booking is fully paid, you can register your Rosie Holidays booking with us.

Does the travelling passenger need to match the name on the
MYER one card?
A MYER One member must be at least on of the passengers travelling.

If a group of 2 or more adults are travelling on the same booking and they all have MYER One cards it is possible to split the booking value?
Yes if there is more than one MYER One member in the travelling party each member can submit their portion of the booking for shopping credits.

How long does it take for Shopping Credits to appear in my account?
After registering your Travel Booking with us, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for Shopping Credits to be allocated to your MYER one membership.

What happens if I cancel my Travel Booking?
If you register your Rosie Holidays Travel Booking online for MYER one shopping credits then need to cancel this booking, the Shopping Credits that have been allocated will be reversed.
